Prepare Your Package
Place the wig in its original hair net and box, ensuring all inserts and tags are included, then secure it in a sturdy shipping container.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists verify the item is in pristine, unworn condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
